摘 要:目的:探讨乒乓球锻炼对老年人反应能力和平衡能力的影响。方法:选取22名61~70岁老年人,随机分为乒乓球实验组和对照组,每组11人。实验组进行乒乓球锻炼12周,每周4次,每次60min,心率保持80~120次/min,对照组不进行任何体育锻炼。结果:(1)与对照组比较,锻炼后,实验组受试者的反应时出现非常显著性减少(P<0.01);与实验前比较,实验组受试者反应时在乒乓球锻炼后出现显著性减少(P<0.05)。(2)与实验前比较,实验组在各个方向所能达到的最远距离大都大于实验前,在第3阶段末各个方向变化最为显著。结论:12周乒乓球锻炼能改善老年人的反应能力和动态平衡能力,对预防跌倒有一定的作用。Objective: to study the effect of table tennis exercise on reaction time in the elderly and the relatedparameters of dynamic equilibrium changes. Method: this paper took 22 Guangzhou community citizens aged from61 to 70 as research objects who were divided into control group and experimental group which carried on 12 weeks table tennis exercise,4 times a week,60 min every time. Keeping the heart rate of 80 ~ 120 bp/min,thecontrol group without any physical exercise. Result:(1)comparing with control group,the reaction time wassignificantly shortened(P < 0.01)after 12 weeks at the end of the third phase;Comparing with before the trial thereaction time was shortened(P < 0.05)after 12 weeks at the end of the third phase.(2)comparing with before theexperiment,the experimental group can be mostly greater than the longest distance between before the trial in alldirections,at the end of the third phase of the most significant change in all directions. Conclusion: 12 weeks tabletennis exercise not only can significantly enhance the strength of reaction ability,but also improve the body staticbalance and decrease the risk of fall.
