摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,探讨课内外一体化模式对大学生体育实践能力培养的独特作用,结果表明:课内外一体化模式对于大学生体育认知能力、体育技能掌握能力、自我锻炼能力、运动保健能力、体育组织与管理能力、体育欣赏能力的培养具有显著性作用。In this paper uses literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods,and proves the unique role of the teaching model both inside and outside the classroom in cultivating the practicalability of college students, the results show, the teaching model both inside and outside the classroom has asignificant effect on the cultivation of college students' sports cognitive ability, selfexercise ability, sports healthability, sports organization and management ability and sports appreciation ability and according to put forward thecorresponding recommendations, aiming at improving the effectiveness of the teaching model both inside andoutside the classroom, to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of college students' sports practicalability.
