摘　　要：创新是实现战略性新兴产业为经济社会发展支柱产业的重要保障。以水资源循环利用与节水产业为例,对战略性新兴产业、创新驱动、创新生态系统的概念等进行界定与分析,设计水资源循环与节水产业创新生态框架,系统分析产业创新驱动因素。Innovation is an important guarantee for realizing strategic emerging industries as pillar industries of economic and social development.Taking water resources recycling and saving industry for example,this paper defined and analyzed the concept of strategic emerging industries,innovation-driven and innovation ecosystem.Also,it designed the framework of water resources recycling and saving industry,and analyzed driving factors of industrial innovation.
