摘 要:针对中低水头静水压力作用下聚氨酯表层止水材料的承压和三维变形性能进行了试验装置的研制和仿真模拟。结果表明:采用矩形环状梯形嵌缝槽填筑止水材料、手动丝杆量测三向变位、电子压力表控制水压变化等技术,能够在室内真实的模拟混凝土面板坝防渗体系,实现柔性止水材料剪切、沉降和张压三向变位性能的测试;借鉴大三轴仪器沟槽尺寸对该装置O型圈密封止水材料压缩率和拉伸量的设计,能够保证其在中低水头静水压力作用过程中的密封性能;在承压状态下三向变位仿真模拟测试结果对聚氨酯柔性止水材料拉应力值影响较大。该装置的研制可为面板坝及渠道等建筑物防渗体系性能的测试及应用提供指导。This paper is aimed for the development of test apparatus and analogue simulation for the performance of pressure-bearing and three dimensional deformation of PU surface sealing material under the hydrostatic pressure of middle-low water head.The results showed that the technologies(such as filling sealing material in rectangular cyclic trapezoid caulking slot,measuring three-way deflection with manual screw rod and controlling changes in water pressure with electronic pressure gage) could realize the test of three-way deflection performance of flexible sealing material including shearing,settling and stress tensile in indoor simulated seepage-proof system of concrete face dam.Based on the design of compression ratio and tension strength of groove dimension of large scale triaxial instrument to the O-ring sealing material of the device,the sealing property could be guaranteed in the process of hydrostatic pressure of middle-low water head.Under pressure-bearing status,the test results of three-way deflection analogue simulation had a great influence on the tensile stress of PU flexible sealing material.The development of this device could provide a guidance for the test and application of building seepage-proof system performance such as face dam and channel.
