星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗颈心综合征临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗颈心综合征的临床疗效,为中西医结合治疗该病提供理论依据。方法:将80例临床诊断为颈心综合征的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组41例,对照组39例,治疗组采用星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤治疗,对照组单纯口服归脾汤。以1个月为1疗程,评价治疗前、治疗后心悸、头晕、胸闷、胸痛等症状改善的总有效率及早搏变化情况。结果:治疗组在临床症状缓解的总有效率及早搏减少等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:星状神经节阻滞配合归脾汤在改善患者心悸、头晕、胸闷、胸痛等方面优于对照组,且可明显减少早搏的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Guipi decoction combined with stellate ganglion block( SGB) in treating Cervical-cardiac Syndrome. Then provide theoretical basis for the treatment of Cervical-cardiac Syndrome by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Select 80 cases of Cervical-cardiac Syndrome patients. And divided them into the treatment group and the control group randomly. 41 cases in the treatment group and 39 cases in the group. The treatment group was treated by SGB.The contrd group was treated by the Guipi decoction combined with SGB.One month was a course of treatment.Then appraise the total effective rate of heart-throb、dizziness、chest distress 、chest complaint and the change of bearing premature. Results: The treatment group is better than control group in the total effective rate of clinical symptom.The treatment group can decrease bearing premature obviously( P <0.01). Possess the statistical significance.Conclusions: The Guipi decoction combined with SGB is effective on treating Cervical-cardiac Syndrome,and can be popularized in hospitals of various levels.
