摘　　要：为有效支撑农牧业地理空间数据的资源交换和共享,针对当前青海省农牧业专题信息系统数据类型多样、标准不一、共享性差和更新困难等问题,在省级地理信息公共服务平台的基础上,基于开源WebGIS和Java EE技术构建了省级农牧业地理空间数据共享平台,实现了农牧业地理空间数据的资源整合、服务共享、在线浏览与动态制图等功能。基于平台提供的共享服务接口,实现了对已有的农牧业专题信息系统的升级改造和青海省农牧业综合信息服务平台的建设。实践表明,该平台的建设对于实现农牧业地理空间数据的整合共享,提高农牧业综合信息服务能力,推动农牧业发展现代化具有重要的现实意义。In order to support the geospatial information resource exchange and sharing in agriculture and animal husbandry,this paper puts forward to use the open source WebGIS and Java EE technology,based on the provincial public service platform of geographic information,to realize resource integration,service sharing,online browsing and dynamic mapping of agriculture and animal husbandry geospatial data.On the basis of service interface of the platform,it realizes the upgrade of the existing agriculture and animal husbandry special information system and the construction of agriculture and animal husbandry comprehensive information service platform in Qinghai.Results show that the construction of this platform is of great practical significance in realizing the integration and sharing of agriculture and animal husbandry geospatial data,improving the comprehensive information service capability of agriculture and animal husbandry,and promoting the development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
