Hp感染诱导胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡与IFN-γ、IL-4蛋白表达的关系

摘　　要：目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染诱导的胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡与γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)蛋白表达之间的相关性,分析Hp感染使胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡的机制。方法选择2015年2月-2016年2月医院收治的胃病患者104例,统计分析不同类型胃病患者的Hp感染率、上皮细胞凋亡率及IFN-γ、IL-4蛋白表达情况,按照是否Hp感染将患者分为Hp阳性组和阴性组,统计两组患者的上皮细胞凋亡率、IFN-γ、IL-4蛋白表达情况。结果胃炎患者Hp阳性率最高为92.86%,胃溃疡患者为75.76%,胃癌患者最低为82.76%(P<0.05);胃炎、胃癌患者的IFN-γ蛋白表达高于胃溃疡患者,胃癌患者高于胃炎患者(P<0.05);胃溃疡患者的IL-4蛋白表达高于胃炎和胃癌患者,胃炎患者高于胃癌患者(P<0.05);Hp阳性组患者上皮细胞凋亡率、IFN-γ蛋白表达高于阴性组,IL-4蛋白表达低于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染增加了胃黏膜上皮细胞凋亡率,为胃肿瘤的发生提供了细胞增殖、凋亡异常的基础,其凋亡与促进IFN-γ蛋白表达和抑制IL-4蛋白表达相关。OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation between Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infections induced gastric epithelial cell apoptosis and expression of interferon gamma（IFN-gamma）and interleukin-4（IL-4）proteins and the mechanism of gastric epithelial cell apoptosis induced by Hp infections.METHODS A total of 104 patients with gastric disease from Feb.2015 to Feb.2016 were selected.The Hp infection rate,epithelial cell apoptosis rate and the expression of IFN-gamma and IL-4 proteins in different types of gastric diseases were statistically analyzed.All patients were divided into Hp positive group and Hp negative group according to whether the Hp infection occurred,and the epithelial cell apoptosis rate and expression of IFN-gamma and IL-4 proteins were detected in the two groups.RESULTS The highest positive rate of Hp in gastritis patients was 92.86%,in gastric ulcer patients was 75.76%,and the lowest in gastric cancer patients was 82.76%（P〈0.05）.The expression of IFN-gamma protein in patients with gastritis and gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with gastric ulcer,and the expression in patients with gastric cancer was significantly higher than that with gastritis（P〈0.05）.The expression of IL-4 protein in patients with gastric ulcer was sigificenod higher than that in patients with gastritis and gastric cancer,and the expression in patients with gastritis was sigificenod higher than that with gastric cancer（P〈0.05）.The epithelial cell apoptosis rate and the expression of IFN-gamma protein of Hp positive group were significantly higher than those in Hp negative group,and the expression of IL-4 protein was sigificenod lower than that in Hp negative group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Hp infection significantly increases gastric epithelial cell apoptosis rate,cell proliferation,provides the basis for the proliferation and apoptosis of gastric tumors,and its apoptosis is related to promoting the expression of IFN-gamma protein and inhibiting the expression of IL-4 protein.
