摘 要:全日粮混合(TMR)饲喂成本在牛奶生产成本中所占比例最大,采用TMR自动饲喂机可有效降低饲喂成本。目前自动饲喂设备大多采用等径等距螺旋输送器,易在工作时产生堵料问题。为解决上述问题,设计饲喂装置的搅拌装置并对其搅拌特性进行试验研究。试验结果表明,搅拌装置能有效解决堵料问题、提高饲料输送平稳性,搅拌器物料推进体积与料仓容积之比为0.14时搅拌效果较好。Cost of whole day food mix(TMR)feeding occupies the largest proportion of milk production cost,which can be effectively reduced by using automatic TMR feeding machine.Helical conveyor with equal diameter and equidistance was mainly adopted by existing automatic feeding equipments,and led to some material blocking problems at working time.In order to solve the problems,a mixing device of feeding device was designed and experiments of its mixing characteristics were conducted.The results show that material jam can be effectively solved by this device,and the stability of feed conveying can be improved.The best mixing effect is obtained when the ratio of material propelling volume to silo volume is 0.14.
