通腑泄热灌肠合剂治疗外科急腹症术后患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察外科急腹症患者术后早期应用通腑泄热灌肠合剂治疗对术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法 59例患者采用随机法分为治疗组30例和对照组29例。两组在术后给予西医常规对症治疗基础上分别给予通腑泄热灌肠合剂和生理盐水灌肠。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后症状评分、疗效及术后首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、恢复全流时间及术后并发症发生率。结果治疗组术后胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组治疗前症状评分比较差异不大(P>0.05)。两组治疗后症状评分与本组治疗前比较,均下降(均P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.33%高于对照组的68.97%(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生情况比较,差别不大(P>0.05)。结论通腑泄热灌肠合剂能有效促进外科急腹症患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,缓解患者术后腹痛、腹胀、恶心及呕吐等症状,提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of early postoperative application of Tongfu Xiere Entero- clysis on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with surgical acute abdomen. Methods： 59 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n--30） and the control group （n = 29）. The two groups were given Tongfu Xiere Enteroclysis and physiological saline enema on the basis of routine Western medicine and symptomatic treatment after operation. The following data was observed and compared： the effects and symp- toms score of two groups before and after treatment, the recovery time of first bowel sounds after operation, the first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the time of total flow recovery and the incidence of postoperative complica- tions. Results： Postoperative bowel sounds recovery time for the first time, the first exhaust time ,the first time defecation time,and the time of total flow recovery of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 93.33% ,the control group 68.97%. There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the treatment group was not significantly different from that in the control group （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Tongfu Xiere Enteroclysis can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with acute abdomen after surgery,relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain ,abdominal distension ,nausea and vomiting,and improve the clinical efficacy.
