中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭伴双下肢水肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭伴双下肢水肿的临床效果。方法将慢性心力衰竭伴双下肢水肿患者72例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各36例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药内服联合中药熏洗治疗,疗程均为2周。结果治疗后治疗组患者膝下15 cm处小腿周径较对照组明显减少,24 h尿量较对照组明显增多(P<0.05);治疗组下肢水肿治疗有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后N端前脑钠肽测定和明尼苏达生活质量评分均低于对照组同期,6 min步行试验高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论中西医综合治疗慢性心力衰竭患者双下肢水肿安全有效,有助于改善患者生活质量,提高活动耐力。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on chronic heart failure with edema of both lower extremities. Methods： 2 patients with chronic heart failure compli- cated with edema of lower extremities were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine ,and the treatment group was treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine and fumigation with Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group ; the course of treatment was 2 weeks. Results： After treatment, the circumference of the lower leg at 15 em in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group;24 hours urine volume was significantly increased compared with the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of treatment of lower limb edema in the treatment group was 97.22% ,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment, N-terminal pro-brain sodium peptide and Minnesota quality of life scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group ; 6 rain walk test was higher than that of the control group in the same period, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on chronic heart failure patients with double leg edema is safe and effective, helpful to improve the patients＂ quality of life and improve the endurance.
