摘  要:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定水质中的铜时,用量程分别为1 mL、5 mL、10 mL的移液器,按一定比例移取标准使用液及硝酸溶液,至烧杯中混合,配制与国标方法中相同浓度的标准溶液系列,并进行测定,得出回归方程。将结果与按国标方法测定得出的回归方程的差异性进行统计检验,得出两者无显著性差异。When we measure copper in water by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer, using standard liquid and nitric acid solution with pipettors that the ranges are 1 ml,5 ml, 10 ml and than are transfered to beakers according to certain proportion and make the concentration of copper in standard solution is the same as in national standard. The concentrations of the standard so- lution are measured with the improved method, fitted the regression equation and compared the regression equation with the results by using the national standard method. Finally, the results show that there is no significant difference between both.
