外加甲醇对化工综合废水A/A/O工艺生物脱氮工程应用中的影响

摘  要:针对A/A/O工艺在处理化工综合废水中氨氮去除效果不佳的问题,研究了外加甲醇对化工综合废水A/A/O工艺不同生化段脱氮的影响。结果表明,在缺氧段投加一定量的甲醇有利于促进微生物的同化作用,使氨氮作为氮源而被消耗,当甲醇投加量在400 mg/L时,缺氧池内氨氮浓度从40 mg/L左右降低至26 mg/L,继续增加甲醇投加量则会抑制自养菌的生长,影响脱氮效果;在好氧段投加一定量甲醇会促进异养微生物的快速生长,使好氧池内氨氮浓度迅速降低,当甲醇投加量为600 mg/L时,运行8 h后,二沉池出水氨氮浓度从23 mg/L降至15 mg/L以下,运行56 h后,二沉池出水氨氮浓度降低至1 mg/L左右,COD浓度降低至105 mg/L左右。Due to denitrification inefficiency of actual chemical integrated wastewater in A/A/O process, the influences of ad ditional methanol on denitrification were investigated. The result indicated that ammonia, as nitrogen resource, was removed by mi- croorganisms assimilation which was promoted by adding methanol in the anoxic tank. When methanol concentration was no more than 400 mg/L, ammonia concentration was dropped from 40 mg/L to 26 mg/L, but the growth of autotrophic bacteria would be inhibited by excessive methanol. Ammonia concentration decresed quickly when methanol was added in aerobic tank because of the growth of heter- otrophic microorganisms promoted. When the dose of methanol was about 600 mg/1, ammonia concentration in the effluent was dropped ; from 22 mg,/L to 15 mg/L in eight hours, the ammonia and COD were decresed to 1 mg/L and 105 mg/L, respectively.
