摘　　要：随着电子信息技术的进步,产品的集成度水平程度越来越高,微污染对于产品的性能影响越来越大,超细纤维洁净擦拭布产品应用越来越广泛。本文分析了威胁电子行业的主要污染物,洁净擦拭布主要的性能及产品参考标准,并介绍了苏州天华超净科技股份有限公司产品达到的技术水平。The integration level of the electronic products gets great improvement with the development of electronic informa- tion technology and the negative effects caused by micro-pollutions on the electronic products increase seriously.The superfine fiber clean wipers are been used more and more widely.This paper analyzes the threat caused by the main micro-pollutions, the main performances of the clean wipers, the reference stancdards of the clean wipers and the technology level of our company clean wipers. We hope this article will provide practical references for the researchers,the users and the manufacturers.
