新型病原生物学实验教学模式探索

摘　　要：目的为树立病原生物的整体概念,探索建立一门独立的《实验病原生物学》课程。方法在本校2014、2015级临床医学专业全面开展《实验病原生物学》教学,收集学生调查问卷分析教学效果。结果学生调查问卷结果显示,在给予比较完整的病原体医学知识框架、提高科研素质、调动学习主动性、提高动手能力方面分别得到90.3%、80.5%、87.3%、88.4%学生的肯定。结论该课程通过将医学微生物和人体寄生虫实验教学内容有机融合,有力促进了二者之间的关联性、共生性、系统性和完整性,增加了实验课程的广度和深度。Objective To establish a new course＂Experimentation of Pathogenic Biology＂for constructing systematic knowledge of pathogen including medical microbe and parasite. Methods ＂Experimentation of Pathogenic Biology＂was implemented in 2014 and 2015 grade students major in clinical medicine in Guangzhou Medical University. Questionnaire survey was used for analyzing the efficient of this course. Results It was generally affirmed by students that this course could reflect systematic knowledge of pathogen,improve scientific research quality,interests,and operate ability,etc. Conclusion The course could integrate Medical Microbiology and Human Parasitology effectively ,and explore experiments in scope and depth.
