摘　　要：文章针对连铸150t吊车主起升卷筒联轴器经常故障的情况，从结构设计、装配质量、润滑及现场的使用等方面进行了分析，确定了卷筒联轴器出现故障的原因，并提出了相应的改进措施。A main lifting drum coupling of the 150t crane for continuous caster often occur fault. An analysis is carried out from the aspects of structure design, assembly quality, lubrication and site usage status to confirm the fault reason of the drum coupling. And put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
