摘 要:目的建立离体离心泵驱动闭式体外循环系统实验研究模型,研究离心泵工作效率影响因素。比较ROTAFLOW(MAQUET)和Revolution 5(SORIN)离心泵的工作效率。方法建立离体离心泵驱动闭式体外循环系统实验研究模型,以生理盐水作为研究介质,于模拟不同静脉回流及泵后阻力条件下,分别采用ROTAFLOW和Revolution 5离心泵进行转流,记录离心泵转速、流量、工作效率(即流量转速比值)、泵前压力、泵后压力,并绘制上述变量相关曲线。结果离心泵流量与转速呈线性正相关,工作效率与转速正相关。ROTAFLOW工作效率低于Revolution 5。固定转速时,离心泵流量及工作效率与泵后压力呈负相关,与泵前负压值呈负相关。结论离心泵工作效率受离心泵结构、转速、离心泵前压力及泵后压力的影响。离体条件下,Revolution 5离心泵工作效率高于ROTAFLOW。Objective To investigate factors influencing centrifugal pump efficiency in closed extracorporeal circulation model and to compare pump efficiency between MAQUET ROTAFLOW and SORIN Revolution 5. Methods Centrifugal pump speed,pump flow,flow/speed ratio,inlet and outlet pressure were recorded under different afterload and preload conditions with an in vitro saline closed extracorporeal circulation system model. The correlation curves between these variables were plotted. Results Centrifugal flow had a significant positive linear correlation with pump speed. Compared with Revolution 5,ROTAFLOW had a lower pump flow/speed ratio. Centrifugal pump flow and flow/speed ratio were inversely correlated with both inlet negative pressure and outlet pressure at any fixed pump speed. Conclusion Centrifugal pump efficiency is determined by pump design,pump speed,inlet and outlet pressure.Revolution 5 has better efficiency than ROTAFLOW.
