摘　　要：为了充分发挥城市土壤在绿色北京建设中的功能和作用,采用资料分析和典型区域实地踏查的方法,总结和分析了7种典型的城市土壤粗放利用现象。该文通过对城市土壤相关功能的评估,归纳提出了建立城市土壤实用分类体系、推广立体绿化、改造凹碟式树穴、挖掘蓄水暗沟、修建下挖式绿地、优化城市排水系统、建立城市土壤供需和存储规划、加强潜在城市土壤高效利用与科学研究等一系列加强城市土壤多功能利用的政策建议。In order to make the urban soil fully play its role and function in the green development of Beijing,a methodology of data analysis and reconnaissance in typical areas is applied,to sum up and analyze seven typical phenomena in extensive use of urban soil. By evaluating the relevant functions of urban soil in this paper,a series of policy proposals on enhancing the multi-functional use of urban soil have been raised,such as establish an applied classification system for urban soil,promote vertical planting,transform the concave plate shaped tree pit,dig underdrain for water storage,build depressed greenbelt,optimize urban drainage system,plan urban soil supply,demand and storage,strengthen potential efficient use of urban soil and scientific studies,etc.
