学生党员入党后再教育问题探析

摘　　要：做好大学生党员的发展工作对确保党的事业兴旺发达、后继有人具有十分重要的意义。加入党组织之前的教育培养,向来有着严格的要求和规范的程序,但在对大学生党员加入党组织之后的再教育工作却有不少需要改进和加强的地方。探析学生党员入党后再教育问题,对如何提升学生党员的素质进行思考。To do a good job of developing college students to be members of Chinese Communist Party is of great significance to ensure the party＇s cause flourish and have qualified successors. Before joining the party organization, the education training always has strict requirements and specifications of procedures, but after the students become formal party members, the re-education work has many places to be improved and strengthened. Therefore, analysis of students＂ re-education after being a member of Chinese Communist Party is vital to enhance the student members＂ quality.
