光子治疗仪联合医比克治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨光子治疗仪联合医比克治疗卡培他滨所致手足综合征的临床效果。方法选择40例口服卡培他滨后出现3级手足综合征的恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为两组各20例。对照组给予常规创面换药,观察组在此基础上加用医比克外喷创面以及光子治疗仪照射,比较两组的创面愈合情况、疼痛程度、舒适度以及依从性。结果观察组的创面总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.01)。观察组的创面愈合时间和疼痛完全缓解时间显著少于对照组,舒适度和依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论光子治疗仪联合医比克治疗口服卡培他滨引起的3级手足综合征患者,可促进创面愈合,避免创面感染,减轻疼痛。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of photon therapeutic instrument combined with YIBIKE in the treatment of patients with capecitabine induced hand-foot syndrome. Methods 40 cases of malignant tumor patients with grade 3 hand-foot syndrome caused by oral administration of capecitabine were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. All patients received regular dressing change for wound surface; in addition, the observation group received YIBIKE sprayed around wound and photon therapeutic instrument for irradiation. The wound healing, pain degree, comfort degree and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of wound in the observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than 60.0% in the control group （P 〈0.01）. The wound healing time and pain completed relief time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the comfort degree and compliance were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Photon therapeutic instrument combined with YIBIKE in the treatment of patients with grade 3 hand-foot syndrome caused by oral administration of capecitabine can promote wound healing, avoid wound infection and relieve pain degree.
