习练八段锦干预海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨习练八段锦干预海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状的效果。方法选取海洛因依赖者90例,随机分为对照组(谷维素治疗,30例)、观察组(习练八段锦治疗,30例)和综合组(谷维素联合习练八段锦治疗,30例),比较三组患者的满意度以及治疗前后的症状评分。结果治疗4 w、8 w、12 w、16 w末,观察组、综合组的PWS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗20 w、24 w末,对照组、观察组、综合组PWS评分依次降低,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗8 w开始,观察组、综合组治疗4 w开始,PWS评分均低于显著治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组、综合组患者的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论习练八段锦可显著改善海洛因依赖者的稽延性戒断症状,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of practicing BaDuanJin in intervention of protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin dependence. Methods 90 cases of patients with heroin dependence were selected and randomly divided into the control group （oryzanolum intervention, 30 cases）, observation group （practicing BaDuanJin intervention, 30 cases） and comprehensive group （oryzanolum combined with practicing BaDuanJin intervention, 30 cases）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree, and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared among three groups. Results At the end of 4 w, 8 w, 12 w and 16 w of treatment, both observation group and comprehensive group had significantly lower PWS score than the control group （P 〈0.05）; At the end of 20 w and 24 w of treatment, the PWS scores of control group, observation group and comprehensive group decreased successively （P 〈0.05）; Since 8 weeks of treatment in control group, and 4 weeks of treatment in the other two groups, the PWS score was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree of control group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Practicing BaDuanJin can obviously improve the protracted withdrawal symptoms of heroin dependence, and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree.
