摘  要:以强酸型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,在间歇反应釜中对丙酸和甲醇酯化合成丙酸甲酯的反应进行了研究。考察了合成条件对反应的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件为:C100FLH阳离子交换树脂为催化剂、搅拌转速200 r/min、催化剂用量为丙酸质量的10%,反应温度343.15 K,酸醇摩尔比1.4∶1。建立拟均相模型并对实验数据线性拟合,得到333.15~348.15 K下酯化合成丙酸甲酯的反应动力学方程为r=55 792.236exp(-37 164.789/RT)(c_Ac_B-c_Cc_D/K),式中,K=exp(1 676.94/T-2.796 6),为工业化合成丙酸甲酯提供了动力学数据。The kinetics for the synthesis of methyl propionate from methanol and propionic acid over cation exchange resin catalyst with strong acidity was studied in a batch stirred tank reactor. The effects of the synthesis conditions on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were: C 100FLH acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst, stirring speed 200 r/min, catalyst dosage 10%(w)(based on the propionic acid), reaction temperature 343.15 K, and n(propionic acid) : n(methanol) 1.4 : 1. The Pseudo-Homogeneous model was established and the experimental data was linearly fitted to obtain the reaction kinetic equation for the esterification of methyl propionate from 333.15 K to 348.15 K: r = 55 792.236exp(-37 164.789/RT)(CACs - CcCD/K), K = exp(1 676.94/T- 2.796 6), it provides the support of kinetics for synthetic methyl propionate in the industry.
