摘 要:采用加碱研磨煅烧,以硅酸钠调整硅铝比改性高岭土,通过改性高岭土处理劣化汽轮机油的效果,确定高岭土的最佳改性条件。利用FTIR,XRD,XRF,SEM,BET等方法对材料的结构进行表征。实验结果表明,适当增大硅铝比可提高处理劣化油效果;当硅酸钠的加入量为100 mL(8 g高岭土,2 g氢氧化钙)时,改性后高岭土n(SiO_2)∶n(Al_2O_3)=2,对劣化油吸附处理能力最好;改性高岭土吸附剂用量为5%(w)时,吸附效果最佳。表征结果显示,改性后的高岭土晶体结构转变成了具有高反应活性的无序非晶质相,比表面积、孔体积和孔径均增加,使得吸附处理劣化油的效果增强。Kaolin was modified with calcination adding alkali and changing silica alumina ratios of kaolin by using sodium silicate. The modification conditions of kaolin were determined by the modified kaolin for degradation of turbine oil regeneration research. The structure and composition of kaolin were characterized by FIIR, XRD, XRF, SEM, BET. The experimental results show that, appropriate increase of the mole ratio of silicon to aluminum, when the addition of sodium silicate is 100 mL(8 g kaolin, 2 g calcium hydraxide), just as the addition ofn(SiO2) : n(Al2O3) 2, the adsorption effect of kaolin in the degraded oil is best, and the adsorbent is 5%(w), adsorption is the best. The modified kaolin crystal structure changed to a disordered amorphous phase with higher reactivity. Its specific surface area, pore volume and pore size were increased, and the adsorption performance was enhanced.
