文丘里面罩给氧在艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨文丘里面罩在艾滋病合并肺孢子菌肺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年9月~2017年5月收治的64例艾滋病合并卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组给予普通鼻导管输氧,观察组给予文丘里面罩给氧,比较两组患者不同时间点动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SpO_2)的改善程度及氧疗舒适度、鼻黏膜干燥度。结果观察组的PaO_2、SpO_2水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且氧疗不舒适发生率、鼻黏膜干燥发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文丘里面罩在治疗艾滋病合并卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者中的应用效果较好,能有效提高患者的PaO_2、SpO_2,改善低氧血症等。Objective To investigate the Venturi mask in the treatment of patients with AIDS complicated with Pneumo- cystis carinii pneumonia.Methods 64 patients with AIDS complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in our hos- pital from September 2013 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given normal nasal catheter oxygen therapy,the ob- servation group was given Venturi mask for oxygen.The improvement of arterial partial pressure of oxygen （PaO2）,arterial oxygen saturation （SpO2）,comfort degree of oxygen therapy and nasal mucosa dryness were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The level of PaO2 and SpO2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of oxygen thera- py and discomfort,dry nasal mucosa in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of the Venturi mask in the treat- ment of AIDS patients complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia is better,which can effectively improve PaO2 and SpO2 in patients with hypoxemia and so on.
