跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗两节段非连续脊髓型颈椎病的近期效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗两节段非连续脊髓型颈椎病的近期效果情况。方法选择2012年5月~2017年5在我院进行跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗两节段非连续脊髓型颈椎病的患者42例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组21例。对照组采用常规治疗方法、观察组采用跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗,对比两组进行跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗两节段非连续脊髓型颈椎病患者的改善率、节段性前凸角度、NDI评分及JOA评分。结果观察组进行跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗两节段非连续脊髓型颈椎病患者的改善率、节段性前凸角度、NDI评分及JOA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对两节段非连续脊髓型颈椎病患者采用跳跃式颈椎前路减压融合术治疗能够提高患者疾病的改善率,帮助患者恢复颈椎的生理弯曲度,改善患者的节段性前凸角度。Objective To observe the short-term effect of skipping anterior cervical decompression and fusion in the treatment of two-segment noncontiguous cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods 42 patients suffering from two-seg- ment noncontiguous cervical spondylotic myelopathy skipping anterior cervical decompression and fusion were enrolled, from May 2012 to May 2017 in our hospital.By using the method to random number table is divided into control group and observation group,21 cases in each group,the control group conventional therapeutic method and the observation group skipping anterior cervical decompression and fusion in random.The improvement rate,segmental anterior convex angle,NDI and JOA scores in two groups were compared.Results The indexes of improvement rate,segmental anterior convex angle,NDI and JOA scores in patients of the observation group treated by skipping anterior cervical decompres- sion and fusion were all superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with two-segment non- contiguous cervical spondylotie myelopathy,application of skipping anterior cervical decompression and fusion can in- crease the improvement rate,be beneficial for restore the physiological curvature of the cervical vertebra,and improve the patient＇s segmental anterior convex angle.
