解郁消痤汤联合超分子水杨酸治疗青春期后痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察解郁消痤汤联合超分子水杨酸治疗青春期后痤疮的疗效。方法青春期后痤疮患者90例，随机分为3组。解郁消痤汤组（中药组）30例，新型超分子水杨酸组（水杨酸组）30例，解郁消痤汤联合新型超分子水杨酸组（联合组）30例，在6周总疗程治疗结束后1周比较三组疗效。结果联合组与中药组比较差异有统计学意义（z=2．574，P〈0．05），与水杨酸组比较差异有统计学意义（Z=2.664，P〈O05），中药组与水杨酸组差异无统计学意义（Z=0．186，P〉O．05）。结论解郁消痤汤联合超分子水杨酸治疗青春期后痤疮可显著提高疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of post-adolescent ache through Jieyu Xiaocuo Decoction combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid. Methods A total of 90 patients with post-adolescent ache were observed.30 cases were cured with Jieyu Xiaocuo Decoction, 30 cases with new supramolecular salicylic acid, and 30 cases with Jieyu Xiaocuo Decoction combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid.The efficacy of the three groups was compared after 6 weeks＇treatment. Results After comparison, it was significant difference between the combination group and the Decoction group （Z=2.574, P〈0.05 ） .It was also significant difference between the combination group and the salicylic acid group （ Z=2.664, P〈0.05 ） .There was insignificant difference between the Decoction group and the salicylic acid group （ Z=0.186, P〉0.05 ） . Conclusions Jieyu Xiaocuo Decoction combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid can significantly improve the curative effect.
