IPL在女性发际线矫正术后中应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨强脉冲光（IPL）在女性发际线矫正术后中的应用疗效。方法接受发际线矫正手术的女性38例，为改变发际线处不自然外观，对其进行IPL治疗，根据首次治疗4个月后的效果决定是否继续接受IPL治疗。此外，全程治疗后所有参与者进行满意度评分。结果IPL治疗前，38例参与者平均毛干直径为78．76μm；有28例（73．7％）参与者仅接受1次IPL治疗便获得满意的效果，其平均毛干直径由初次治疗前78．03μm下降至6514μm，Jg-28例参与者治疗结束1年后平均毛发直径为6541μm；有9例在接受二次治疗后效果良好即获得满意的疗效，且平均毛干直径由2次治疗前74．53μm下降至66．52μm；仅1例需要接受第三次IPL治疗使其毛干直径由3次治疗前87．26μm下降至66．74μm。结论对因接受发际线矫正术导致不自然外观的女性而言，欲使头发变得稀薄自然，用IPL治疗是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate and analyze the curative effect on application of intense pulsed light （ IPL ） in female cases after hairline correction surgery. Methods 38 women accepted hairline correction surgery were enrolled in this study, IPL was used to change the unnatural look of hairline complained by them, then whether to continue IPL treatment was detemained according to the therapeutic effect four months after the first treatment. In addition, all the participants ranked the satisfaction after completion of over treatment. Results Before IPL treatment, the average hair diameter of 38 participants was 78.76 μm, 28 （ 73.7% ） from 38 participates obtained satisfactory result after only one IPL therapy, with diameter reducing from 78.03 μm before treatment to 65.14 μm after that, whose diameter was 65.41 μm one year after the treatment nine cases got satisfactory result after two treatments, with mean hair thickness decreasing from 74.53 μm before the second treatment to 66.52 μm after that; only one required three treatments with hair diameter reducing from 87.26 μm to 66.74 μm. Conelusi0ns For women who accepted hairline correction surgery results in unnatural look, treatment by IPL is a safe and effective method to make the hair to be thinning and natural in the frontal hairline.
