膝关节置换术治疗膝骨性关节炎的早期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察固定平台后稳定型假体治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的早期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析44例膝关节骨性关节炎行膝关节置换术患者的临床资料，根据KeⅡ乒en和Lawrecne放射学分期均为Ⅲ～Ⅳ级。结果44例患者随访时Hss评分，优28例，良11例、中5例、优良率88．64％。HSS评分由术前（40．5±6．5）分提高至（88．5±6．0）分，屈伸活动度由术前（48．5±12．5）。提高至（100±15．5）°，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对严重膝关节骨性关节炎患者，行固定平台后稳定型假体置换术能获得满意的疗效，是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To discuss the primary clinical effect after the stable prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty on patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods According to radiology stage by the Kellgren and Lawrecne, 44 cases with knee osteoarthritis classed from level three to level four were treated with the total knee arthroplasty. Result All cases were followed up, according to the HSS score, 28 cases of excellent, 11 cases of good, and 5 cases of normal, the excellent and good rate was 88.64%. After the operation, the HSS from 40.56.5 to 88.5, the knee motion range from 48.5± 12.5°to 100° ± 15.5° , there were significant differences （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion For the patients with serious knee osteoarthritis, the stable prosthesis in total knee arthroplasty is an effective operation and it can provide satisfactory chnical results.
