摘 要:目的探究在乳腺癌根治术放射治疗的过程中,使用调强技术的效果。方法本次研究数据为我院2016年4月—2017年4月所收治的乳腺癌根治术患者90例的临床资料,将其分成治疗组(调强放射技术),对照组(切线野三维适形技术),每组45例,对比计划靶区参数、器官受照射情况等。结果治疗组的靶区剂量分布更合理,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在乳腺癌根治术后,使用放射治疗进行病情控制,使用调强技术可以使靶区域的照射剂量分布地更加均匀,并且还能效保护重要器官。Objective To explore the effect of intensity modulation in the course of radiotherapy for radical mastectomy. Methods The data of this study was 90 cases of radical mastectomy for breast cancer treated in our hospital, from April 2016 to April 2017. They were divided into the treatment group (intensity modulated radiation technique) and the control group (tangent field 3D conformal technique), 45 cases in each group. The parameters of the target area and the irradiation condition of the organs were compared. Results The dose distribution in the treatment group was more reasonable, P 〈 0.05, and there was Statistical difference. Conclusion Radiotherapy is often used to control the disease after radical mastectomy. The use of intensity modulation technology can make the radiation dose of the target area more evenly distributed, and can also protect the important organs.
