鼻内镜手术联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂对慢性鼻炎患者症状改善的影响

摘　　要：目的研究慢性鼻炎患者行鼻内镜手术、糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合治疗对其症状改善及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院慢性鼻炎患者72例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对照组行鼻内镜手术+生理盐水治疗,观察组行鼻内镜手术+糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂。统计对比两组疗效、症状改善情况及治疗前后生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果观察组总有效率97.22%(35/36)高于对照组77.78%(28/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组嗅觉减退、头痛、流涕及鼻塞等症状改善情况优于对照组,治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻炎患者行鼻内镜手术联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗疗效显著,可改善患者症状,并提高其生活质量。Objective To study patients with chronic rhinitis using nasal endoscopic surgery and mometasone furoate nasal spray for combined treatment on the symptoms and quality of life. Methods 72 patients with chronic rbinitis were selected and divided into the control group （n=36） and the observation group （n=36）. The control group was given endoscopic surgery plus saline treatment, the observation group was given endoscopic surgery plus mometasone furoate nasal spray. The curative effect, symptom improvement and quality of life （SF-36） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results in the observation group, the total efficiency of 97.22% （35/36） was higher than 77.78% （28/36） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; In the observation group, the hyposmia, headache, runny nose and nasal symptoms improved better than the control group after treatment, quality of life score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with chronic rhinitis using nasal endoscopic surgery combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment has significant therapeutic effect, can improve symptoms and improve their quality of life.
