观察多巴胺及酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心衰的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的对多巴胺及酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心衰的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取我院的肺心病难治性心衰患者100例,根据入院编号分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用多巴胺+酚妥拉明。结果实验组总有效率为96.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,P<0.05。结论运用多巴酚+酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心衰效果确切。Objective To analyzed the clinical efficacy of dopamine and phentolamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the admission number, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the experimental group was given dopamine ＋ phentolamine. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The effect of dopamine and phentolamine on was given is accurate.
