妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用不同剂量右美托咪定麻醉对其躁动情况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用不同剂量右美托咪定麻醉对其躁动情况的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2016年1月—2017年2月84例妇科腹腔镜手术患者分组。小剂量组采用0.3μg/kg右美托咪定麻醉,大剂量组采用0.6μg/kg右美托咪定麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果;苏醒期躁动评分、镇静评分、寒战评分、认知功能评分;躁动发生率。结果大剂量组麻醉效果高于小剂量组,P<0.05;大剂量组苏醒期躁动评分、镇静评分、寒战评分、认知功能评分优于小剂量组,P<0.05;大剂量组躁动发生率低于小剂量组,P<0.05。结论妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用大剂量右美托咪定麻醉对其躁动情况有缓解作用。Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine on the restlessness of patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 84 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups according to the random number table method from January 2016 to February 2017. The low dose group was treated with 0.3 pg / kg dexmedetomidine and the high dose group was treated with 0.6 μg / kg dexmedetomidine. The effects of the two groups were compared, the restlessness score, the sedative score, the chills score, the cognitive function score, and the incidence of restlessness were compared. Results The anesthesia effect of high dose group was higher than that of small dose group, P 〈 0.05. The score of restlessness, sedation score, chills score and cognitive function score in high dose group were better than those in low dose group, P 〈 0.05. The rate was lower than that in the low dose group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopic surgery in patients with high-dose dexmedetomidine anesthesia on its restlessness has a mitigation effect.
