艾灸改善脾肾气虚型肾性水肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸治疗脾肾气虚型肾性水肿的效果。方法选取我院脾肾气虚型肾性水肿患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理措施,试验组在对照组基础上加用艾灸治疗,每天1次,疗程7天。观察两组患者24小时尿量、水肿轻重程度变化,并比较两组患者的满意度。结果治疗后,两组患者在改善水肿程度方面均有效,但试验组优于对照组,试验组24小时尿量改善情况及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸治疗脾肾气虚型肾性水肿患者具有较好的效果,操作简单方便,提高了患者满意度。Objective To observe the effect of Moxibustion in the treatment of kidney edema with spleen and kidney qi deficiency. Methods 60 cases of renal edema with with spleen and kidney qi deficiency were randomly divided into test group and control group, The control group was given routine nursing measures. The test group was treated with moxibustion based on the control group,1 time per day, 7 days of treatment. The urine volume of 24 hours and the degree of edema in the two groups were observed, and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, both groups were effective in improving the degree of edema, but the experimental group was better than the control group, and the improvement of urine volume in the test group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion has a good effect in the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency type of renal edema, and the operation is simple and convenient, and the patient＇s satisfaction is improved.
