健康教育在CT增强扫描患者护理安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高质量的健康教育在CT增强扫描患者安全护理管理中的应用效果,取得患者的理解和配合,消除恐惧,患者安全有效地完成检查,消除伪影,获得最佳影像,保证护理质量和护理安全。方法在366例CT增强扫描患者的含碘造影剂应用和护理中,对患者进行全面及时的书面和口头健康教育,协助患者进行CT增强扫描,及时评估患者的影像质量和满意度。结果患者顺利完成增强CT扫描,图像清晰,医师、技师和患者均满意,未发生护理差错事故。结论及时高效的健康教育可以提高CT增强扫描患者的成功率、影像质量和护理质量,保证患者的安全,提高患者的满意度,是护理安全管理中必不可少的重要环节。Objective To explore the effect of high quality health education in the safety nursing management of CT enhanced scan patients, obtain the patients understanding and cooperation, eliminate fear, patients safely and effectively to complete inspection, eliminate artifacts, get the best image, ensure the quality of nursing and nursing safety. Methods In 366 cases of CT enhanced scan in patients with iodine contrast agent in the application and nursing, a comprehensive and timely written and oral health education was conduct to help patients with CT enhanced scan, assess the image quality and satisfaction of patients. Results The patient successfully completed the enhanced CT scan, the image was clear, the physician technician and the patient were satisfied, no nursing error occurred. Conclusion Timely and effective health education can improve the success rate of patients with CT enhanced scan imaging quality and nursing quality, ensure the safety of the patients, improve patient＇s satisfaction, is an important link in nursing safety management.
