基于真实任务和真实评价的新闻实践教学探索——以重庆新闻学院“新闻1+1”活动为例

摘　　要：传统媒体的新媒体转型与媒体融合发展给传统新闻实践教学带来了极大的挑战。基于互联网与社交媒体的新媒体应用要求新闻传播人才必须具备过硬的跨媒体传播技能,媒体融合和互联网思维则要求其超越传统的单兵作战模式,具备团队协作精神和综合协调能力。重庆新闻学院专业实践课程改革经过数年探索,构建了基于真实任务和真实评价的教学模式。该模式以宣传部与学院的协同策划为特色,以专业教师与行业导师"1+1"联合指导贯穿始终,由学生自主组建项目组并实地完成真实采访任务,较为有效地调动了学生参与实践教学的积极性,全面训练了学生在真实环境下的综合实战能力。在部校共建得以大力推广和地方媒体融合发展背景下,这不啻为一种值得借鉴推广的思路。The transformation of the traditional media into the new media and the convergence development of the media have brought great challenges to the traditional news practical teaching. The new media application based on the Internet and social media requires that news communication talents must have excellent cross- media communication skills, and the media convergence and Internet thinking require them beyond the tradi- tional single combat mode with team spirit and comprehensive coordination ability. After several years of explo- ration, the practical curriculum reform for specialties in Chongqing Journalism School has constructed the teaching model based on the real tasks and the real evaluation. Taking the collaborative planning of the Propa- ganda Department and the school as characteristics, and the ＂ 1 ＋ 1＂ joint guidance of the professional teachers and the industrial supervisors throughout the model, students set up the project team on their own and complete the real interview tasks on the ground, which effectively mobilizes the enthusiasm of the students to participate in the practice teaching and fully trains the students＇ comprehensive combat ability in the real environment. In the context of the joint construction of the Department and the school to vigorously promote and the convergence development of the local media, this is an idea worth referencing and promoting.
