摘 要:随着社会的进步和时代的发展,网络通信技术在不断更新,在通信网络发展的过程中也会遇到一些问题,这就需要不断完善应急通信网络系统,尽可能的减少紧急事件造成的伤害损失。顾名思义,应急通信网络主要是遇到紧急危险事件时,能够进行及时的通信连接,它具有及时性、迅速性、时间地点不确定性等众多特点。传统的应急通信网络已经逐渐不能适应时代的发展和满足人们的需求,例如传统的应急通信构架不完善、通信不及时以及操作效率较低等。本文主要在我国应急通信网络构架现状的基础上,进一步分析网络应急系统的基本构架,主要围绕如何提高应急通信网络的安全性以及可操作性展开深入阐述,同时也要不断的研究探讨有关应急通信网络的核心技术应用。With the development of society and times, network communication technology constantly updated, in the process of the de- velopment of communication networks will encounter some problems, which need to improve the emergency communication network system, as far as possible to reduce the harm of emergency. As the name suggests, the emergency communication network can communicate with each other in a timely manner when it meets an emergency dangerous incident. It has many characteristics, such as timeliness, rapidity, uncertainty of time and place. The traditional emergency communication network has been unable to adapt to the development of the times and meet the needs of people. For example, the traditional emergency communication framework is imperfect, communication is not timely and the operation efficiency is low. This paper mainly based on the current situation of emergency communication network archi- tecture in China, further analysis of the basic framework of emergency network system, mainly focuses on how to improve the safety of e- mergency communication network as well as the feasibility of in-depth exposition, but also to continuously explore the research and application of the core technology of emergency communication network.
