腋臭术后皮脂腺囊肿的治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察腋臭皮下修剪术术后出现的皮脂腺囊肿的治疗疗效。方法将腋臭皮下修剪术术后出现的皮脂腺囊肿38例病例按照不同治疗方法分成皮脂腺囊腔注射组与皮脂腺囊腔摘除组。皮脂腺囊腔注射组19例,采用α-糜蛋白酶(chymotrypsin)联合曲安奈德注射液(triamcinolone acetonide)行皮脂腺囊腔注射;皮脂腺囊腔摘除组19例,进行皮脂腺囊腔摘除。结果 19例皮脂腺囊腔注射组总有效率为94.74%,无效1例为Ⅲ型皮脂腺囊肿,19例皮脂腺囊腔摘除组总有效率为100%。结论Ⅲ型皮脂腺囊肿采用皮脂腺囊腔摘除法,Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型皮脂腺囊肿采用α-糜蛋白酶联合曲安奈德注射液行皮脂腺囊腔注射创伤小、操作简单、所需时间短、效果佳,是比较理想的皮脂腺囊肿治疗手段。Objective To observe the curative effect of sebaceous cyst treated by subcutaneous pruning of axillary osmidrosis. Methods 38 cases of sebaceous cyst of the subcutaneous pruning treatment of axillary osmidrosis occurred after operation were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to different treatment methods. 19 cases in the experimental group, were treated with chymotrypsin and triamcinolone acetonide for sebaceous cyst cavity injection;sebaceous gland cyst was removed in the control group of 19 cases. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 94.74%, and the invalid type of sebaceous cyst was found in one case of type Ⅲ, the total effective rate in the control group was 100%. Conclusion Type Ⅲ sebaceous cyst using sebaceous cyst enucleation method,type Ⅰ and Ⅱ sebaceous gland cyst by chymotrypsin combined with triamcinolone acetonide for sebaceous cyst injection with small trauma, simple operation, short time and good effect, is an ideal sebaceous cyst treatment.
