摘 要:针对深部围岩巷道支护问题,通过现场设置测点对地应力进行测试,并在参考深部围岩支护措施基础上,设计正交试验就锚喷网支护措施中各因素对支护的影响进行分析,得到各因素对巷道围岩的变形影响大小依次是喷层厚度、锚杆间排距、锚杆长度、锚杆直径。并借助ANSYS对正交试验得到的使巷道变形和破坏影响最小的最佳组合方案进行优化,通过优化得到了深部岩体的最合理经济的锚喷网支护参数为喷层厚度为80 mm、锚杆间排距为0.8 m×0.8 m、锚杆长度为1.8m、锚杆直径为准42 mm的管缝式锚杆。Aiming at the problem of roadway supportin deep surrounding rock, the geostress field is tested by field setting. Based on the deep surrounding rock supporting measures. Through design the orthogonal experiment, each factor influence on the support is analyzed. The influence of various factors on the the roadway supporting is as follows. And the ANSYS is used to optimize the optimal combination scheme which minimizes the deformation and damage of roadway by orthogonal test. The optimized parameters of the shotcrete rockboh mesh supporting are as follows: the spray layer thickness is 80 mm, the distance between the anchor rod is 0.8 m×0.8 m, the bolt length is 1.8 m, the bolt is pipe anchor and diameter is Ф42 mm.
