摘 要:以某型号的刮板输送机为例,通过Hypermesh对刮板输送机的简化模型进行前处理,应用EDEM离散元分析软件建立刮板输送机动态承载模型进行仿真,分别得到了不同煤散料参数、不同铺设倾角下中部槽的承载特性曲线。研究结果表明,刮板输送机运输煤散料的过程中,随着运输的完成,煤散料大部分集中在刮板附近,中部槽受力随着煤料粒度的增加和铺设倾角的增大,承载特性曲线波动较大,而且在煤散料为无烟煤时中部槽受力最大,焦煤次之,褐煤最小。One type of scraper conveyor was taken as an example. Carrying out pretreatment on the simplified model of the scraper conveyor based on Hypermesh,the dynamic bearing model of scraper conveyor was builded to simulate the working process by the discrete element analysis software EDEM, so that the curves of the load characteristics of middle pan are presented under different coal parameters and different laying angle, respectively. The results show that coal bulk is mainly distributed around the scraper in the process of transporting coal bulk, with the completion of transportation. With the increase of the coal particle size and the laying angle, the force of the middle pan increases, and the large fluctuation of the load characteristic curve occurs. Also, the force of the middle pan is the largest when the coal bulk is anthracite, followed by coking coal, lignite minimum.
