摘 要:用2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(P507)作萃取剂,从铁含量高、钒含量低、杂质含量高的盐酸浸出液中萃取分离钒与铁.结果表明,在浸出液初始p H 0?0.6、萃取温度30℃、萃取时间15 min、相比(O/A)1:1及P507浓度20%(?)的优化条件下,钒和铁的单级萃取率分别为70%和5%.用硫酸作反萃剂,在反萃温度30℃、反萃时间12 min、相比(O/A)4:1及硫酸浓度368 g/L的优化条件下,钒和铁的单级反萃率分别为100%和3%.一级萃取和反萃后的反萃液含V(IV)18.62 g/L和Fe(II)0.37 g/L,分离效果良好,同时,钒与铝、钙、镁、锰等杂质也有较好的分离效果.The separation of vanadium(IV) from iron(II) in hydrochloric acid leaching solution, which contained low concentration of vanadium(IV), high concentration of iron(II), and many kinds of impurities, was investigated by solvent extraction with 2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(P507). The results showed that under the optimal extraction conditions of initial p H of leaching solution of 0-0.6, extraction temperature of 30℃, extraction time of 15 min, P507 concentration of 20%(φ), and phase ratio(O/A) of 1:1, the extraction rates of vanadium(IV) and iron(II) were 70% and 5% in a single contact. The sulfuric acid solution was used as the stripping agent, under the optimal stripping conditions of stripping time of 12 min, stripping temperature of 30℃, phase ratio(O/A) of 4:1, and H2 SO4 concentration of 368 g/L, nearly 100% of vanadium(IV) and 3% of iron(II) were stripped in a single contact. Through one step extraction and stripping, a loaded stripping solution containing vanadium(IV) of 18.62 g/L and iron(II) of 0.37 g/L was obtained, indicating a good separation of vanadium(IV) from iron(II), and vanadium(IV) could be also separated from other impurities such as aluminum, calcium, magnesium, and manganese.
