摘 要:设计了基于智能芯片控制的电磁驱动模式的复合射流激励器,采用高速摄像技术和可视化方法研究了复合射流激励器不同射流孔径及不同孔口距壁面距离对复合射流涡环撞击壁面时产生涡环力的影响,分析了涡环撞击壁面的演化规律,给出了不同实验条件下涡环力的变化规律。研究表明:涡环与固体壁面的碰撞过程分为靠近、减速、碰撞和破裂4个阶段;复合射流激励器出口孔径为10、15和20 mm时产生的涡环对外全部表现为推力,并且作用力随壁面距孔口距离的增大而增大;出口孔径为25和30 mm时,随着壁面距孔口距离的增大涡环力由吸力向推力转变,在中间某一测量位置同时具有推力和吸力。涡环力随着射流孔径的增大而减小,在孔径为10和15 mm时,开始阶段略有增加,随着孔径的继续增加,涡环力也开始随着孔径的增大而减小。It is of great significance to study the interaction between vortex ring and solid wall for the theory analysis of the motion and evolution of vortex ring and its engineering application. This paper studies the design of synthetic jet actuators which are based on electromagnetic drive mode under the control of smart chip. A simple test device is designed and manufactured. By using high-speed video techniques and flow visualization method,the influence of orifice-to-wall distance and jet diameter on vortex ring force for synthetic jet actuator is studied,also analyzing the evolution law of interaction between vortex ring and solid wall,the characteristics of vortex ring force under different experimental conditions are presented. The research results indicate that the collision course between the vortex ring and the solid wall can be divided into 4 stages,including approaching stage,deceleration stage,collision stage and rupture stage. When the jet diameter is 10、15、20 mm,vortex ring force is thrust and increase with the increase of orifice-to-wall distance. When the jet diameter is 25、30 mm with the increase of orifice-to-wall distance,vortex ring force changes from suction to thrust,in one middle measuring position two kinds of force characteristics exist at the same time. The vortex ring force decreases with the increase of jet diameter,when the jet diameter is 10、15 mm vortex ring force increase slightly at the beginning stage,with the increase of jet diameter,vortex ring force also begin to decrease with the increase of jet diameter,the trend is same as the theoretical prediction.
