摘　　要：本文针对大学图书馆数据库评价与采购问题,探讨如何应用绩效评价模式支持数据库采购决策,以齐齐哈尔大学图书馆2014年订购的五种数据库为研究个案,分别以三个构面、七项指标构建六种数据库绩效评价模式,以支持采购决策,并在采购工作中检验绩效评价的可行性与有效性。This paper focuses on the university library database evaluation and purchasing, explores how to apply the performance evaluation model in supporting database purchasing decision. Taking the five kinds of database ordered by Qiqihar University Library in 2014 as the research case, the paper constructs six kinds of database performance evaluation modes separately in three dimensions and seven indicators to support purchasing decision as well as verify the performance evaluation feasibility and validity in purchasing.
