摘 要:根据中国农村房屋震灾脆弱性评估及其成因分析,本文给出了农居抗震能力分布的一种新定义,并通过易损性分布指数进行了表征,解决了抗震能力分布中房屋破坏比例较高而房屋密度较小的问题。在天津农居易损性分析的基础上,结合历史震害资料,制定了天津三个区县农居抗震能力分布等级的划分标准,给出了天津三个区县农居抗震能力分布图,并和农居破坏比分布图进行了对比,分析了影响抗震能力分布图的三个主要因素,即农居结构类型、地震烈度、人口密度。抗震能力分布的研究可以为调整减灾战略和相关发展规划具有重要的实际意义。According to the analysis of the evaluation and the causes of vulnerability of China rural housing earthquake, a farm in the neighborhood of a new definition of seismic capacity distribution is given in this paper. Through the vulnerability distribution index, the distribution of seismic damage in the distribution of housing is relatively high and the problem is solved. On the basis of the analysis of the vulnerability of farmers in Tianjin province and the historical seismic data, the classification standards for the distribution of the seismic capacity of the three counties in Tianjin were established. The distribution map of earthquake resistance capacity of three counties in Tianjin is given, and the distribution ratio is compared with that of the rural residential area. The three main factors that affect the distribution of seismic capacity are analyzed, namely, the type of residential structure, the seismic intensity, and the population density. The research on the distribution of seismic capacity can be of great practical significance for the adjustment of disaster reduction strategies and related development plans.
