摘　　要：采用手工焊接双头宽叶片螺旋钻杆螺旋叶片,焊缝成形差、焊接质量缺陷较多、工人劳动强度较大、生产率较低,通过立项研究,使用自动焊接专机焊接螺旋叶片,焊接效率提升3倍以上,产品质量得以提高。按照新工艺加工的双头宽叶片螺旋钻杆使用寿命较长,客户满意度较高,产品质量稳定,提高了市场占有率。The use of hand-welded double-headed wide blade spiral drill pipe spiral blade,poor weld forming,welding quality defects are more workers labor intensity,low productivity,through the project research,the use of automatic welding machine welding spiral blade, welding efficiency times more than the product quality can be greatly improved. According to the new process line processing double-headed wide blade spiral drill pipe longer life,customer satisfaction is higher,stable product quality and improve the market share.
