摘　　要：伴随中国市场化改革产生的私营企业主阶层,对中国经济持续快速发展与综合国力的显著提升,发挥了重要作用,也在中国政治生活中扮演日益重要的角色。从理论上说,作为体制外社会力量,该群体可能对既有政治秩序构成潜在威胁。但执政的中国共产党对私营企业主阶层的有效政治吸纳,使其成为体制的合作者,不仅消除了潜在政治隐患,还扩大了执政党的社会基础。执政党对私营企业主阶层代表的政治吸纳与整合,对保持中国长期政治稳定的作用集中表现为三个方面:第一,推动政治发展、奠定政治稳定的制度基础;第二,提升执政党的社会认同、夯实政治稳定的社会基础;第三,增强执政党的政治调控能力、构建政治稳定的战略基础。China＇s private entrepreneurs have played an important role in promoting China＇s economic development and comprehensive national strength. They also play an increasingly important role in China＇s political life. Theoretically, as a social force outside the system, this group may pose a potential threat to the existing political order. However, the effective political absorption of the private entrepre- neurs by the Chinese Communist Party makes it a cooperator of the system and expands the social foun- dation of the ruling party. The political absorption and integration of the ruling party to the representa- tives of the private entrepreneurs are concentrated on the following aspects： firstly, to promote political development and to lay the institutional foundation for political stability. Secondly, to enhance the social identity of the ruling party and consolidate the social foundation of political stability. Thirdly, to strengthen the party＇s ability of political regulation and control.
