摘　　要：在分析塑件成型工艺的基础上,应用UG NX设计了模具的整体结构,型芯和型腔板均采用组合镶嵌结构,降低了设计及加工难度。经生产验证,模具结构设计合理,模具零件加工方便,成型的塑件满足使用要求,对同类塑件的设计开发有一定的参考作用。Based on the molding process of the plastics, the mould structure was designed by using UG NX software. And the combination structure of the core and cavity was adopt to reduce the difficulty of the design and processing. The actual production verified that the mould structure was reasonable, the mould parts was convenient to process, and the plastics was met the production requirement. It could provide reference for similar plastics production.
