摘　　要：认知功能障碍是老年痴呆患者最先出现的临床症状,而推拿是中医传统的康复手段。针对老年痴呆早期患者这一群体,开展推拿干预有望进一步帮助患者改善认知障碍,预防潜在的危险因素,恢复或延缓疾病的发展,促进康复,从而提高患者的生活质量。Cognitive dysfunction is the first clinical symptom of Alzheimerg disease, and Tuina is a traditional Chinese treatment rehabilitation means. For the elderly patients with early dementia cognitive dysfunction , Tuina intervention is expected to maximize the help of patients to improve cognitive dysfunction. As a green treatment method, Tuina not only prevent potential risk factors, but also recovery or delay the development of the disease , and than promote rehabilitation, and improve the quality of patients＇ life.
