蒙药那如三味丸入血成分初步研究

摘　　要：目的:通过研究蒙药那如三味丸的入血成分,进一步了解其药效物质基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),建立蒙药那如三味丸大鼠灌胃后血清指纹图谱,分析其入血成分。结果:在蒙药那如三味丸的含药血清中发现3种入血成分:乌头碱、胡椒碱和没食子酸。结论:乌头碱、胡椒碱和没食子酸为蒙药那如三味丸的主要入血成分,是蒙药那如三味丸的有效成分。Objective Through the study of the blood components of the Mongolian medicine - Naru - 3, to further understand the basis of the drug effect. Methods HPLC was used to establish the serum fingerprint of the Mongolian medicine - Naru - 3, and the blood components were analyzed. Results 3 kinds of blood components were found in the serum containing three flavored pills of Mongolian medicine - Naru - 3 ： aeonitine, piperine and gallic acid. Conclusion Aconitine, piperine and gallic acid are the main components of the Mongolian medicine, such as the three flavored pills, which are the effective components of the Mongolian medicine - Naru - 3.
