摘 要:本实验应用集成运算放大电路构成电子电路来实现信号的产生,经功率放大电路驱动初级线圈,然后对信号整流和滤波,得到的信号通过直流差分电路以及线性比例放大和偏移电路进行零点定标从而实现对信号的模拟测量;有三条路径应用FPGA来替代硬件电路对信号处理和测量。根据测量的电压信号与电感位移的比例关系,实现电感式非接触位移测量。This paper introduces that an operation amplifier electric circuit is built to generate signals. The power of the generated signal is amplified before being sent to drive the primary winding. After being rectified and filtered, the signal is operated by a DC differential amplified and a linear amplifier. Then an offset circuit is used to set zeropoint. Therefore, the signal can be measured by analog circuit. There are three ways of using FPGA to process and measure the signal other than using analog circuit. According to the proportional relation between the measured voltage signal and the position offset of the inductor, an inductive non-contact displacement measurement is realized.
