摘  要:探讨乌拉草纤维的可纺性。通过微波-生物酶-化学辅助-碱氧浴法脱胶工艺成功获得了乌拉草纤维,测试了纤维微观结构和抗菌性能,并对棉/乌拉草60/40 14.5tex混纺纱进行了试纺。结果表明:乌拉草纤维有中腔,结构中有微孔,纵向有粗条纹;平均直径19.45μm,长度30mm^62mm,线密度1.80dtex左右,平均回潮率16.5%,断裂强度3.0cN/dtex^4.6cN/dtex,试纺单纱各项性能优良;经脱胶处理后的纤维大部分果胶和非纤维物质被去除,纤维呈现典型的纤维素结构,纤维的热稳定性优于乌拉草原样,纤维的抑菌率为42%,低于乌拉草原样。认为:乌拉草纤维可纺性能良好,吸湿好,染色性能好,可做为一种环保的天然纤维来开发使用。The spinnability of meyer sedge fiber was discussed. Meyer sedge fibers were successfully obtained by degumming process of microwave-biological enzyme-chemical assist- alkali-oxygen bath. The fiber microstruc- ture and antibacterial property were tested. Cotton/meyer sedge 60/40 14.5 tex blended yarn was spun. The test results show that meyer sedge fiber has lumen, micro pores in the structure and wide wale in longitudinal. The av- erage diameter is 19.45 μm,the length is 30 mm - 62 mm,the linear density is around 1.80 dtex,the average moisture regain is 16.5% and the breaking intensity is 3.0 cN/dtex - 4.6 cN/dtex. Each properties of the blen- ded yarn are excellent. After degumming treatment,the pectin and non-fibrous matter of fibers are removed. The fibers have classic cellulose structure. The fiber thermal stability is better than original meyer segde. The antibac- terial rate is 42% which is lower than that of original meyer segde. It is considered that the spinnability of meyer sedge fiber is excellent, it has better moisture absorption property and dyeing property. It can be used as one envi- ronmental natural fiber for development and application.
