摘  要:探讨PET/PBT、PET/PTT双组分复合纤维的定量检测方法。以PET/PBT双组分复合纤维为例,先采用熔点法和偏光显微法定性鉴别两组分种类,再制作纤维横截面切片,在偏光显微镜下确定双组分横截面中各组分对应的纤维种类,采用图像处理方法测量各组分横截面积,最后分别根据各组分面积及体积质量计算质量百分比。结果显示:结合熔点法、偏光显微法和图像处理法可以准确测定PET/PBT双组分复合纤维中各组分含量。认为:该定量检测方法设备通用、准确有效、操作简单。The quantitative determination method for PET/PBT,PET/PTT bi-component complex fiber was discussed. PET/PBT bi-component complex fiber was taken as an example. Firstly,melting point method and po- larized optical microscopy method were adopted to identify the category of two components. Then,fiber cross sec- tion slice was prepared. The corresponding fiber category for each component in the cross section of bi-component was confirmed under polarized optical microscopy. The cross section area for each component was measured by image processing. In the end, the mass percent was calculated according to the area and volume mass of each com- ponent. The results show that the content of each component in PET/PBT bio-component complex fiber can be accurately tested with melting point method, polarized optical microscopy method and image processing method. It is considered that the equipment of quantitative determination method is accurate and effective, easily operating, the equipments are universal.
